Cancellation Policy
At Obsidian Wax Co., we understand that life happens and plans can change — which is why we aim to keep our cancellation policy as client-friendly as possible. We don’t charge fees for cancellations or no-shows, but we do ask that you give as much notice as you can so we can offer your spot to someone else.
That said, if you cancel within the late cancellation window or no-show an appointment, a deposit will be required to book any future services. This helps us manage our schedule more efficiently and continue providing the best experience for all clients.
